Hunter x Hunter Chapter Release Schedule
After nearly two years of silence, Hunter x Hunter returned to weekly serialization on June 28/29, 2026. Yoshihiro Togashi has confirmed he has manuscripts finished well beyond Chapter 421, so the current weekly run is expected to continue for months. Shueisha has said the series will not return to a permanent weekly format long-term β chapters publish in batches as Togashi's health allows β so enjoy this window and bookmark this page.

- Beyond Netero's curse revealed: Furykov was cursed at birth during the Seed Urn ritual β a post-mortem Nen curse, engineered by Beyond, designed to kill one specific prince when Beyond dies. Furykov estimates ~365 days just to decrypt it. Removal during the voyage is essentially impossible.
- Special Martial Law: Benjamin orders all surviving princes to report to Room 1001 and plans to confiscate their weapons β giving him control of location, security and movement. Refusal = treason charges.
- Luzurus has disappeared before the military could secure him; evidence suggests Benjamin's side manufactured grounds to eliminate him.
- Marayam's group stays put inside Room 1013's Guardian Spirit Beast Nen space β leaving could deactivate their only protection, so they risk defying the order instead.
- Queen Oito confined to Room 1014 on charges of insulting the state; her life is spared only because she may still mother Kakin's next king.
- Bisky is back β she notices Benjamin's guard radiating an ominously strong single-use aura.
- Kurapika's read: Benjamin moved too fast β finding Woble can't be the only reason for martial law. Something bigger triggered it.

Increasingly long hiatuses due to Togashi's chronic back condition; chapters arrived in ~10-chapter batches.
Shueisha officially abandoned the fixed weekly format β chapters now publish ad hoc as Togashi's health allows.
Togashi has said manuscripts are complete past Chapter 421 (some reports suggest as far as ~430), which is why the current weekly streak has been unusually stable.
